Wholly Full is a physical performance that explores the process of adaptation to the new normal. Its inception and development coincided with the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. How do you get used to the everyday norm that is so far from anything you’ve experienced before? The rehearsals became a sort of haven and at the same time a receptacle for what each of the three performers was going through.

With time we started to make used of the archive of audio recordings that we made throughout the creation process and included it into performances.

The piece explores the dynamics of support, the shifts between unity and isolation, the feelings of mental and emotional fragmentation that accompanies traumatic events. Throughout we were trying to use our bodies as archives of these changes, of adaptation and recovery.
